Mushfekur Rahman

I am a researcher and software architect currently pursuing my Master degree in Computer Science (thesis-based) at the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. My research interest lies at the intersection of Information Security (Access Control), Distributed Systems, and Applied Machine Learning.

Previously, I have worked as a Senior Software Engineer in the System Architecture Team of Therap Services, where I was a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining a HIPAA and SOC 2® compliant industry-leading electronic documentation, reporting, and communication software (SaaS). At Therap, I have mostly worked with Java and JVM-based technologies for high availability and highly scalable enterprise software solutions using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) development methodologies. Therefore, I have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying Spring and JEE-based applications in WebLogic and Oracle Middleware environments, JVM (HotSpot) performance tuning, and database optimizations.

So, if you have an interesting problem that can be solved by Computation, feel free to reach out. I’d love to discuss and brainstorm!
